WheelPro Analytics LLC — Information Service, Not Investment Advice
Options trading involves substantial risk and is not suitable for every investor. You may lose your entire investment in a single trade.
WheelPro is an information service, not investment advice
WheelPro is an algorithmic ranking and analytics tool published as an impersonal subscription service to the general public. We are NOT:
- A broker-dealer registered with the SEC or a member of FINRA;
- A registered investment adviser under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 or any state securities law;
- A fiduciary, financial planner, accountant, tax adviser, or attorney;
- A trade execution platform or custodian of any user funds or securities.
The Service displays algorithmic rankings, technical indicators, screening output, historical analyses, and educational content. Nothing displayed in the Service is individualized investment advice, a personalized recommendation attuned to your particular circumstances, a solicitation to enter into any transaction, or a representation that any trade or strategy is suitable for you. Where the Service's interface uses the word "recommendation," it carries the meaning defined in Terms of Service § 4.1 — the output of predetermined rules, not a judgment by WheelPro about you. WheelPro does not assess your overall financial situation, risk tolerance, tax situation, objectives, or suitability, and its impersonal screening output is computed without regard to them. Where you enter positions or connect a brokerage, that data is used only as described in Terms of Service § 4.
You alone are responsible for every trading decision you make. Consult a licensed investment adviser, broker-dealer, or other qualified professional before acting on any information from the Service.
Past performance does not predict future results
Any backtest, projected yield, annualized yield, premium estimate, win rate, drawdown, Sharpe ratio, or historical statistic shown in the Service is hypothetical. Backtests do not account for slippage, commissions, taxes, fills, assignment behavior, illiquidity, or counterparty risk.
Yields displayed in the Service (e.g., "weekly yield," "annualized yield") are screening criteria: they describe what an option's premium implies about return at the moment the data was captured, not what you will actually earn. Past performance does not predict or guarantee future results.
Specific risks of options trading
Before trading any option you must read and understand the OCC publication "Characteristics and Risks of Standardized Options" (the "OCC Disclosure"). It is incorporated into the WheelPro Terms of Service by reference and is mandatory reading for every options trader.
Risks specific to the strategies the Service is built around (cash-secured puts, covered calls, the wheel) include but are not limited to:
- Assignment risk: a sold put can be assigned at any time before expiration; you may be forced to buy shares at the strike price even if the market price has fallen far below.
- Early-exercise risk: American-style options on dividend-paying stocks may be exercised early, often around ex-dividend dates, in ways your screening criteria did not anticipate.
- Pin risk: options whose underlying closes very near the strike at expiration can leave you with unintended overnight share exposure.
- Gap risk: overnight news, earnings, or macro shocks can move the underlying through your strike with no chance to react.
- Liquidity risk: options on lightly-traded names may have wide bid-ask spreads, partial fills, or no bids when you want to close.
- Counterparty & clearing risk: while OCC clearing protects against most counterparty defaults, your broker's solvency, margin calls, and account-level rules apply on top.
- Tax complexity: wheel-strategy outcomes (assignment, called-away shares, qualified vs. non-qualified treatment, wash-sale rules) interact in ways that may surprise you. Consult a tax adviser.
- Concentrated capital: selling a cash-secured put requires you to set aside the strike × 100 in collateral. Concentrating capital in any single position increases idiosyncratic risk.
AI-generated content (Axle)
Axle is artificial intelligence, not a human professional. AI-generated explanations, chart reads, morning summaries, and chat answers can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong — including in ways that sound confident and specific.
- AI output is educational information, generated by statistical language models. It is not investment advice, and the conversational format does not make it personal advice.
- Numbers in AI output (prices, strikes, premiums, probabilities, dates) may not match live market conditions. Verify every fact with your broker before acting.
- Every AI answer in the Service ends with "Not financial advice — you decide." That sentence applies to all AI output, whether or not it appears in any excerpt or screenshot.
- AI usage is metered per plan; allowances are a fair-use measure and reset monthly.
Broker connections — WheelPro never trades for you
- WheelPro never places, modifies, or cancels orders and never has custody of your funds or securities.
- The Robinhood connection is read-only: it can display balances and positions and is structurally incapable of transmitting orders.
- "Paste-ready" orders, draft orders, and "open in broker" links describe hypothetical orders. Every real order is entered by you, at your broker, under your broker's agreements.
- Auto-Pilot is a rules-based staging engine: it surfaces potential entries and exits for your review. It does not trade.
Data accuracy & service availability
Market data displayed in the Service comes from third-party providers (Tradier, Polygon, Yahoo Finance) and may be delayed, stale, gapped, or incorrect. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any data. Verify any quote, premium, Greek, expiration, or earnings date directly with your broker before placing a trade.
The Service may be unavailable, slow, or partially functional from time to time due to maintenance, third-party outages, or events beyond our control. Trades you intended to place during a Service outage are your responsibility.
Your responsibility
- You assume all risk of using the Service or relying on its output.
- You will only trade options if your account is approved at the appropriate level and you have sufficient cash or margin to satisfy assignment.
- You will only deploy capital you can afford to lose.
- You will read and continue to refresh your understanding of the OCC Disclosure as the options market and your strategy evolve.
