Support
Questions, account help, and how to reach a human at WheelPro Analytics LLC
Last Updated: September 1, 2026Email us
A real person reads every message. We reply within two business days, and usually the same day. Email is the fastest and only channel — there is no phone queue and no chatbot in front of us.
1. How to reach us
Email support@wheelpro.io with any question about the app, your account, your subscription, or the data you are seeing. We aim to respond within two business days.
WheelPro Analytics LLC is a small, US-based company. Support is handled directly by the team that builds the product, so the person answering your email can usually fix the thing you are writing about.
2. What to include
You never have to fill out a form, but including these makes the answer faster:
- The email address on your account, so we can find it.
- What you were doing and what happened instead of what you expected.
- The device and operating system (for example, "iPhone 16, iOS 26" or "Chrome on Windows").
- A screenshot, if the problem is something you can see.
NEVER SEND US A PASSWORD. WheelPro support will never ask for your password, your brokerage login, or a payment card number. If a message claiming to be from WheelPro asks for any of those, it is not from us — forward it to support@wheelpro.io.
3. Account & sign-in help
If you cannot sign in, first confirm you are using the same method you signed up with — an account created with Google is opened by continuing with Google, and an account created with an email address and password is opened with that email and password.
In the iOS app, sign in with your email address and password. Google sign-in is available on the web at wheelpro.io and in the Android app. If you originally signed up with Google and want to use the iOS app, email us and we will get you in.
If you signed up with an email and password and have forgotten the password, use the Forgot password? link on the sign-in screen. If you are still locked out, email us and we will sort it out with you directly.
4. Subscription & billing
WheelPro offers a free trial and paid plans. Your current plan and its status are shown in the sidebar of the app, and in Settings › Subscription & Billing.
Subscriptions bought on the web are billed through Stripe, our payment processor. Subscriptions bought inside the iPhone or iPad app are billed by Apple to your Apple Account. WheelPro never stores your full card number.
Cancelling
How you cancel depends on where you subscribed, not on the device you are holding.
- If you subscribed anywhere other than the iPhone or iPad app: manage or cancel from your account on the WheelPro website, under Subscription & Billing. That control is not available inside the iPhone or iPad app, so open the website in a browser to reach it.
- If you subscribed in the iPhone or iPad app: cancel in your Apple Account settings under Subscriptions. Apple handles that billing, and we cannot cancel it for you. If you no longer have an Apple device, you can manage it at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions or contact Apple Support.
You can also email support@wheelpro.io from the address on your account and we will help. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.
If your trial or subscription has already ended, the same controls are on the screen you land on when you sign in — you do not need an active subscription to cancel or to leave.
Billing questions and refunds
If you see a charge you do not recognize, or you believe you were billed in error, email us with the date and amount within 30 days of the charge and we will investigate and correct it. The full refund terms, including that window, are in the Terms of Service.
5. Deleting your account
You can delete your account yourself from Settings → Delete account in the app, then the Delete my account button. Deletion cancels an active web subscription first, then removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
If you subscribed in the iPhone or iPad app, deleting your WheelPro account does not cancel that subscription. Apple bills it, and only you can cancel it, in your Apple Account settings under Subscriptions. Cancel it there first, or Apple will keep charging you after your account is gone.
If your trial or subscription has ended, the same Delete my account control is on the screen you land on when you sign in — you do not need an active subscription to delete your account. You can also request deletion by emailing support@wheelpro.io from the address on the account, at any time, whatever your plan.
In rare cases a legal preservation obligation can require us to retain an account until the obligation is released; if that applies to you we will tell you. See the Privacy Policy.
6. Privacy requests
To access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to appeal a decision, email support@wheelpro.io from the email address associated with your account. The full process, including response windows and how to use an authorized agent, is in the Privacy Policy.
7. Market data questions
Quotes, options chains, and historical prices come from third-party market-data providers. Data can be delayed, and providers occasionally publish corrections or gaps.
If a number looks wrong, email us the symbol, the screen you saw it on, and roughly when you saw it. That is enough for us to trace it back to the source and tell you whether it was a display problem on our side or the provider's data.
8. Reporting a bug
Bug reports are genuinely welcome and we read all of them. Email support@wheelpro.io with the details from section 2 above. If something is broken badly enough to block you, say so in the subject line and we will prioritize it.
9. What WheelPro is and is not
WheelPro is an information and education service for people who sell covered calls and cash-secured puts. It screens stocks, shows the math behind each candidate, and grades its own published calls after they expire, so you can see how each one ended.
WheelPro does not place trades. The app cannot buy or sell anything, on any broker, and it cannot move money. You place every trade yourself, in your own brokerage account.
WheelPro is not investment advice. It is not a broker-dealer, not an investment adviser, and does not provide personalized recommendations. Options trading involves substantial risk, including the loss of your entire investment. See the Risk Disclaimer.
