Application only

The WheelPro Operators Cohort

A small quarterly group for people already running the wheel at size, who want a room of peers instead of a guru. Live sessions, a working channel, and a direct line into what we build next.

Where this stands today: the first cohort opens after the 401 course ships. There is no date yet, and no seat is for sale on this page. Applications are open so we can build the first group deliberately. Nothing is charged when you apply.

What it is

A working group, not an audience

Every WheelPro subscription includes the course that teaches its tools. This is the one thing we sell that is not software and not a recording: time in a room with other operators and with the person who built the system, every quarter.

Additional member services are being finalized and will be described here when they are ready. We would rather list four things we can deliver than eight we cannot.

Who it is for

Operators, not beginners

The cohort assumes you already speak the language: you have run wheel cycles, you have been assigned and handled it as the plan, and you are managing enough positions that the cognitive load is real. Completing the 401 course is a soft prerequisite, so no session has to stop and define what an alert is.

It is application-only for one honest reason: a single bad-fit member changes the room for everyone else. The gate protects the people already in it, not our marketing.

If you are earlier than that, you are not behind. Start with the free 101 course, then Starter. The cohort will still be here.

What it costs
$4,997 per quarter
Billed by quarter, not by year. No long-term commitment, no upsell ladder inside the room.

We publish the price on the page because hiding it behind a call is the exact pattern this company exists to avoid. It is a serious number for a small number of hours with a small number of people. If it is not obviously worth it to you, it is not for you yet.

Applying costs nothing and commits you to nothing. We reply with the application and the current status of the next cohort.
